With over 12 years experience working in the property management field, Sonja joined Pounder Realty in 2014. Sonja has a strong background in asset management and spent 4 years working for a company that purchased undervalued multifamily communities in order to coordinate various levels of remodel to sell at a profit. She was instrumental in managing resident relations, lease ups as well as day to day management duties. Most recently Sonja has spent the past 5 years managing large portfolios of up to 200+ units consisting of both multifamily as well as single family homes in both Oregon and Washington. Her experience in the management of investment properties brings an invaluable perspective to her position.
